 - - - Women on the Brink  Podcast -  Premiered on September 12, 2024  - A  weekly platform designed to support and encourage women who are dealing with different types of stress and adversity in their day to day lives.  This medium will provide the tools to raise awareness and build resilience to help you move away from the edge of the cliff you may be teetering on, and  move toward the brink of something more sustainable and fulfilling.

- - - Indigenous Doula Birth-keeper Services - An Indigenous Doula provides emotional and physical support to birthing mothers, with an emphasis on the cultural, spiritual, and traditional practices of Indigenous people.  Chris is now accepting clients for January, June, July and August 2025  births.  Contact Chris Here

Hi - I'm Chris Jeffrey, a Registered Acupuncturist, Manual Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner,  Iridology Consultant, Indigenous Doula and Podcaster.

 

My passion for wellness began with my own autoimmune health challenges some 20 years ago. These past years have been a lot trial and error on my healing journey, but I am now seeing the light at the end of a long tunnel. Chris Jeffrey Wellness is a culmination of personal experience, education and clinical practice which strives to integrate the concept of wholism into every patients health goals. The ultimate objective is for everyone is to leave the clinic feeling refreshed, rebalanced and relaxed.
