Hi - I'm Chris Jeffrey, a Registered Acupuncturist, Manual Lymphatic Drainage Practitioner, Iridology Consultant, Indigenous Doula and Podcaster.
My passion for wellness began with my own autoimmune health challenges some 20 years ago. These past years have been a lot trial and error on my healing journey, but I am now seeing the light at the end of a long tunnel. Chris Jeffrey Wellness is a culmination of personal experience, education and clinical practice which strives to integrate the concept of wholism into every patients health goals. The ultimate objective is for everyone is to leave the clinic feeling refreshed, rebalanced and relaxed.
