The Kindness Project
The Kindness Project
The Kindness Project was inspired by people of all different backgrounds, life experiences, and real-life documentaries. Kindness is the act of being friendly, showing compassion and sharing our time and resources generously. The incentive for this project is to bring communities back together so we are working together as one and not as fragmented individuals.

Daily, we can set an intention to give kindness to those around us, which can be as simple as paying forward a coffee for the person behind you at the coffee shop, or as programmed as helping a student get the financial support they need to pay their tuition. It could also be helping a single mother with goods or services, or driving an elderly person to and from the grocery store. The vision is to bring individuals, families, businesses, schools, health care and more together to work for the betterment of our community.
In the months to come, The Kindness Project, a not-for-profit social enterprise, will bring inspirational true stories, quotes, videos, ideas and suggestions to life so that we can help strengthen our North Shore community.
If you are not on the North Shore, you can start a Kindness Project in your own neighbourhood. Feel free to contact The Kindness Project with any questions or suggestions to get you started. kindness@chris-jeffrey-acupuncture.com
